Republicans Overseas appoints George Drysdale as RO Chairman Philippines

WASHINGTON, D.C., August 2024 – Republicans Overseas’ Board of Governors has appointed George Drysdale as the Chairman of Republicans Overseas Philippines.
“I am delighted to welcome Chairman Drysdale to our team,” said Solomon Yue, Vice Chairman and CEO of Republicans Overseas. “He brings a deep knowledge of the Philippines, which has a substantial population of American citizens, and a track record of building and sustaining partnerships between the United States and the Philippines. I look forward to working with him.”
Mr. Drysdale is Chairman and CEO of the Marsman Drysdale Group, a diversified Philippine-based holding and management company with interests in the agribusiness, healthcare, tourism, communications, and investment management industries. He has served three terms as the President of the American Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines and four terms as the Chairman of the twenty-six member chambers of the Asia-Pacific Council of American Chambers of Commerce (APCAC).
Mr. Drysdale received a B.S. in Engineering from Harvey Mudd College (Claremont, CA), a J.D. from Stanford Law School, and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business in 1980.
