Republicans Overseas appoints Bill Maadarani as RO Chairman Lebanon

WASHINGTON, D.C., May 2025 – Republicans Overseas’ Board of Governors has appointed Bill Maadarani as the Chairman of Republicans Overseas Lebanon.
“I am delighted to welcome Bill Maadarani as the Chairman of Republicans Overseas Lebanon,” said Solomon Yue, Vice Chairman and CEO of Republicans Overseas. “Mr. Maadarni brings extensive skills in working with international government agencies and with the United States. The Lebanon chapter will further extend Republican reach to more American citizens living in the Middle East.”
Mr. Maadarani works at the Cyberlux Corporation as the Chief Revenue Officer and Principal Shareholder. He has built partner capacity and business for Cyberlux by connecting with U.S. embassies, the U.S. Department of Defense, the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Interior, the United Nations, AFRICOM, EUCOM, CENTCOM, the Defense Contracting Service Agency (DCSA), the U.S. Army Security Assistance Command (USASAC), the Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM), and foreign embassies.
Bill has also been chosen to be the U.S. State Department's Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC) Private Chair for the Beirut, Lebanon Chapter. He has a B.S. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. from the Simon Business School at the University of Rochester.
